Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities

• Collection and processing of data in areas requiring monitoring.
• Prompt submission of complaints when violations are identified.
• Interaction with platforms/support regarding complaint review processes.
• Analysis of identified violations and their classification by type and priority.
• Tracking the effectiveness of submitted complaints and their outcomes.
• Maintaining and updating an internal database of websites.
• Researching new methods for submitting complaints.

Requirements

• Understanding of the basics of search engines.
• Ability to search for necessary information on different GEO.
• Basic knowledge of Google docs/sheets, Google Analytics.
• Ukrainian/Russian – fluent.

Will be a Plus: English language skills.
