The role involves leading large-scale monitoring and implementation projects for federal health agencies, with expertise in monitoring frameworks, analytic design, and federal program operations, especially CMS and CMMI.

Responsibilities

• Design monitoring plans and performance metrics for federal health programs.
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop reporting tools and analytic solutions.
• Contribute to policy interpretation and strategic proposals for federal agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Project leadership experience, preferably with CMS or CMMI programs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid policies, claims data, and monitoring frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
