Healthcare EHS & Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS Specialists to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain adherence to safety regulations within healthcare operations.
• Support accreditation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee safety specialists, and support accreditation efforts across healthcare facilities in VA and NC.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental Safety.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety training, regulatory agency requirements, and healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
