Monitor Technician PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary to assist the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions and promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment at HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac rhythm monitoring and report changes
• Display a positive customer-oriented demeanor to patients, visitors, and care team
• Execute clerical and reception duties
• Monitor and document patient activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have completed a basic arrhythmia class and/or pass arrhythmia test with > 90% upon hire
• BLS (AHA HealthCare Provider) certification is required
