Organization- Hyatt Regency Dallas Summary Join Hyatt Regency Dallas’s Food & Beverage team as a Cocktail Server at Monduel’s Bar, our lobby bar in downtown Dallas near Reunion Tower. The Cocktail Server welcomes guests, presents the menu, takes and delivers orders, and offers recommendations based on menu knowledge.
