About the role

Has the responsibility of prompt and friendly beverage service to guests. Acts as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions at department established pricing.

Responsibilities

• Checks supply and maintain proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions.
• Serves and replenishes beverages as requested.
• Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking a minimum of 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
• May be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
• Noise level is usually moderate, but escalates in the casino environment.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and have sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Qualifications

Gaming experience not required.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1‑2 years experience in an alcohol beverage environment.
• Experience in a high‑volume alcohol beverage‑serving establishment.
• Experience enforcing ABC regulations as they pertain to alcoholic beverage service.
