About the role

The role involves prompt and friendly beverage service to guests, acting as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions at department-established pricing.

Responsibilities

• Checks supply and maintains proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times, including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions.
• Serves and replenishes beverages as requested.
• Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience in an alcohol beverage environment.
• Experience in a high-volume alcohol beverage-serving establishment.
• Experience enforcing ABC regulations as they pertain to alcoholic beverage service.
