Cocktail Server (On Call) (36830)

About the role

Responsible for prompt and friendly beverage service to guests, acting as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions at department-established pricing.

Responsibilities

• Check supply and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times, including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
• Serve and replenish beverages as requested.
• Abide by all State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in an alcohol beverage environment.
• Experience in a high-volume alcohol beverage-serving establishment.
• Experience enforcing ABC regulations as they pertain to alcoholic beverage service.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking a minimum of 1 mile, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• May be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may escalate in the casino environment.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi-line telephone.
