Momentum Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions.
• Identify, confirm, and review configurations required to meet customer requirements.
• Document and review designs to meet customer requirements.
• Document and review requirements, designs, and configuration for enhancements.
• Create and execute Manual Test Cases for Functional testing, and Automation Test Scripts for functional testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data.
• Maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
• Participate in the coordination, and execution of testing.
• Determine and meet time estimates, and schedules for enhancement efforts.
• Promote and support the team.
• Lead meetings with client stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Momentum Financials and or Acquisitions experience.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence applications.
• Proven ability to track, and fully document changes to business requirements (both functional and system).
• Proven ability to clearly communicate requirements to other development team members.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts).
• Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
• Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.

Qualifications

• Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience with Momentum Budget module, Experience with Momentum integrations for collections and deposits, Experience with Momentum travel integrations.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $71,700.00 - $156,700.00.
