A Day in the Life of a Mold Maker

As a Mold Maker, you are an essential pillar of support for our assembly team. You apply your manufacturing skills and work as a team to complete various mold-making projects. Responsibilities include:

• Operating equipment such as a surface grinder, manual mill, drill press, and spotting press
• Using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tooling with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Reading blueprints and using ingenuity to accurately and efficiently finish mold-making projects
• Coordinating with assembly team members and attending company meetings

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience
• Journeyman toolmaker education
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position
• Mold-making experience (ideal but not required)

We are looking for detail-oriented, organized individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can maintain composure in stressful situations.

Schedule

This toolmaker position works a 2nd shift full-time schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.
