Production Molder - 2nd Shift

Role Responsibilities

• Review work order and determine descriptions match analytical format.
• Notify lead/supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Verify counts are accurate with exact counts from the work order transferring down to the next process.
• Document pertinent information on the work order (i.e. scrap, quality concerns, etc.).
• Facilitate “hot” orders that come through your area from other areas of business.
• Use mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble products.
• Test equipment when necessary.
• Material Handling and Transportation of Product.
• Perform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for record.
• Packaging and crating assembled products and loading for shipment.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Work safely.
• No written warnings within 12 months for internal positions.
• Display mechanical aptitude.
• Quality conscious.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady paced work environment.
• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
• Work in a team environment toward a common goal.
• React to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
