This position is ideal for an experienced injection molding professional who combines strong technical processing knowledge with the ability to lead and develop a production team. The Molding Supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 5 operators and 3 molding technicians while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and—most importantly—safe operating practices are consistently achieved.
