About the role
The Mold Prep position prepares boat molds by cleaning and applying wax for Gel Coating.
Responsibilities
- Cleans molds, applies wax, and removes wax
- Cleans and wipes down molds
- Covers mold with plastic sheeting and secures with masking tape
- Works in a team to push and pull boat molds into the production area
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions

Independent Judgement
