Mold Maker

Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join an established manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and modifying molds and tooling used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on machining skills and experience working with plastic injection molds or similar tooling. Responsibilities Build, repair, modify, and maintain molds and toolingRead and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSet up and operate manual and CNC machining equipmentPerform milling, grinding, drilling, turning, and other machining operationsTroubleshoot mold and tooling issues and make necessary repairs or adjustmentsInspect finished molds and components to ensure dimensional accuracyWork with engineering and production teams to resolve tooling issuesPerform preventative maintenance and keep tooling in production-ready conditionMaintain accurate documentation and follow company safety and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience as a Mold Maker, Tool Maker, Tool & Die Maker, or similar roleStrong knowledge of machining and tooling processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TExperience with CNC and/or manual machining equipmentKnowledge of plastic injection molds is highly preferredExperience with EDM, surface grinding, or CNC grinding is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and solve tooling-related problemsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Resume can be confidently sent to Shakiera Gronenthal shakiera.gronenthal@gogpac.com or Direct Line (605) 518-2173 All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
