Modern Workspace Technician

About the role

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user technology, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering an excellent customer experience. Support Modern Workspace technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Windows devices, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and endpoint management solutions. Work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Modern Workspace engineering teams to maintain a secure, productive, and reliable digital workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets
• Troubleshoot end-user technology issues
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding
• Provision and manage devices
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
