Mock Up Coordinator

About the role

As the Mock Up Coordinator, you will take a highly hands-on role in building physical packaging mockups for crucial retail meetings and global trade shows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Packaging Design and Global Events, to bring creative concepts into the physical world and help showcase the future of play.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality physical mockups of new items and products for sales presentations and trade shows when standard samples are unavailable.
• Collaborate directly with Packaging Designers to determine the precise quality level, structure, and brand review requirements for every mockup.
• Operate essential equipment including printers, laminators, and cutting machines to expertly fold, cut, and construct physical packaging.
• Manage mockup logistics by assisting with packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and packing boxes to ensure mockups are prepped and shipped safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mockup design with a solid understanding of materials, building skills, and the mockup lifecycle.
• Exceptional capability to build high-quality physical mock-ups with an unwavering attention to detail.
• A highly proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple projects under shifting deadlines.
• Solid computer literacy with standard proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to Have

• Foundational knowledge of packaging design and basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

Pay

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional work-from-home Friday.
