Custom Coordinator

Core duties

• Enter orders into the ERP system
• Maintain order status
• Verify hardware compatibility
• Provide necessary documentation to the production team
• Ensure receipt of required materials

Customer Service

• Own custom orders from intake through release to production and delivery
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and execution of scope, specifications, timelines, and requirements
• Cover communication with clients and internal departments for alignment, issue resolution, and timely execution
• Manage client-facing communication regarding order status, changes, lead times, and issue resolution

Education & Skills

• High school education, Associates in Project Management, or Drafting & Design degree
• One year of experience in commercial or residential window, curtainwall, and/or storefront products
• Two years’ experience as project manager and/or Design Drafting experience
• Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Advanced computer proficiency and the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings

Work Environment/Travel Requirements

• Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment
• Extended periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings
• Variable overnight travel requirements based on projects and business activities
• Occasional travel related to other sites/corporate

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
