Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn department processes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to generate basic reporting
Responsibilities
- Assist in guiding the activities within the department at the direction of the Supervisor or Manager to ensure production/shipments are complete
- Aid the supervisor in balancing workflow and meeting deadlines
- Assist the supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations
- Absorb data and complete reports
- Contribute to training new associates and assist with questions
- Understand the department’s quality metrics, goals, and expectations
- Not assigned to discipline; convey information to Supervisor concerning job assignments and deadlines
HOURS
First Shift: Hours will be 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.
