About the role
The Customization Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the customization process for various products and ensuring that all customer requests are met with high quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customization process from start to finish, including communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all customization requests meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and sales to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Document and maintain records of all customization projects, including customer interactions and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Design, Marketing, Business Administration).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
