What You'll Be Doing
- Design and produce marketing collateral for digital and print campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, signage, presentations, flyers, menus, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging graphics and content for social media, websites, email marketing, digital displays, and internal communications.
- Assist with photography, photo editing, and basic video production to support marketing initiatives and property events.
- Ensure all creative materials align with Marcus Hotels & Resorts and brand standards.
- Partner with Regional Marketing, hotel leadership, and operations teams to develop creative solutions that support promotions, events, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of professional experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital content management platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Photography and basic video editing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail.
