Position Summary

To assist Patient Care Associates and Nurses with passive and active mobilization of patients under the guidance of primary care RN with a variety of age groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Patient Care Associates and Nurses with mobilization of patients
• Work under the guidance of a primary care RN
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including nurses, rehab staff, and case management
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other team members
• Utilize effective time management to prioritize and perform job-related responsibilities
• Problem-solve effectively in a changing work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous experience required
• Willingness to learn and work with patients
• Current BLS Certification
• Keyboard Skills
• Meditech expertise
• Ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details
• Ability to function competently in a changing work environment
• Effective communication and interaction skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving ability

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: No previous experience required
