JOB SUMMARY
Manages the daily operational and client service functions of a Securitas Mobile Services operation, including patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response. Supports line management in attaining short- and long-term objectives for profitable revenue growth and client retention.

Distinguishing Characteristics
Primary job function is management of a patrol, inspection and/or response operation.
This job description requires leadership experience, the ability to multi-task, interact with clients and help to determine which type of Mobile services will fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Manages a patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operation, including supervision of subordinate officers and any supervisory staff;
ensures that personnel deliver high quality service. - Evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action in a timely manner as necessary.
- Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. - Authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles;
acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training; - Maintains and submits payroll records and other associate and business information.
- Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules with line management;
ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; - Reviews reports to ensure that commitments have been met and client directions have been followed.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license, a driving record meeting the Securitas Safe Driving guidelines, and responsible experience in the security industry.
- Reliable means of communication and transportation.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and responsible experience in the security industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
