Responsibilities

• Cook up and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
• Manage service requests, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Aid in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
