About the role
The Mobile Diagnostics Leader oversees mobile phlebotomy services within Laboratory Shared Services, ensuring high-quality, standardized practices and cost-effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise mobile and outreach phlebotomy teams.
- Promote best practices and ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, JC, OSHA, CMS).
- Manage budgets in collaboration with system leadership.
- Responsible for staffing, training, competency assessments, and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and support patient care excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science field.
- Current MLS/MT certification.
- Minimum of two years' laboratory experience.
- Three years in a leadership role.

Pay
Salary range: $39.16 – $60.42 per hour.
