Part-Time Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering mobile blood collection services with a focus on quality and patient care.
• Coordinate daily routes, assign workloads, and ensure timely and accurate specimen collection and processing.
• Manage staff scheduling, provide training, and conduct performance coaching.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee supply inventory and resolve patient and client concerns.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance service access and efficiency.

• Leadership experience in phlebotomy or related healthcare field.
