Mobile HVAC/R Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform call-in work as required.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of system design, applications, and safety protocols.
