Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
Travel between facilities ensuring all systems function properly and efficiently.
Maintain responsibility for inventory control, purchasing, and contracted maintenance services.
Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel

Requirements
