Responsibilities
- Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work meets safety and efficiency standards
- Troubleshoot complex problems and replace components
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
Requirements
- Entry to Mid-Level Technician: 1-3 years of HVAC service experience, valid driver's license and insurable driving record, EPA Universal certification preferred but not required, NATE certification a plus
- Experienced Technician: 3+ years of HVAC service experience, valid driver's license and insurable driving record, EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required, NATE certification a plus, experience training or mentoring others preferred
Qualifications
We hire at multiple experience levels, with requirements varying accordingly. All candidates must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. EPA Universal certification and NATE certification are preferred but not required for entry to mid-level technicians, while experienced technicians require an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License and NATE certification.

Pay
Compensation varies based on experience: Entry to Mid-Level Techs: $20 - $27 hourly + spiffs, Experienced Techs: $27 - $48 hourly + spiffs
