What's the Job?

Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.
  • Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform call-in work as required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel is preferred.
