Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced MDM Administrator to manage, secure, and support enterprise mobile devices across the organization. This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Intune and Apple device management platforms, ensuring seamless device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing corporate iPhones and iPads in large enterprise environments and possess strong knowledge of device security, identity management, and endpoint administration.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Microsoft Intune and enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments.Manage the lifecycle of corporate iPhones and iPads, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.Configure and support Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) integrations.Develop, implement, and maintain Intune policies for device configuration, security, compliance, and application management.Deploy, update, and troubleshoot mobile applications across enterprise-managed devices.Support end users with device enrollment, authentication, compliance, connectivity, and application-related issues.Monitor device compliance and remediate security vulnerabilities in accordance with organizational policies.Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement Conditional Access policies and strengthen endpoint security.Manage device identities and access controls utilizing Microsoft Entra ID and least-privilege access principles.Troubleshoot complex enrollment, authentication, compliance, and application deployment issues.Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge base articles.Assess existing MDM environments and recommend improvements to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.Work independently to manage projects, resolve issues, and implement new solutions with minimal supervision.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune or enterprise MDM environments.Experience managing corporate-owned iPhones and iPads in a large-scale enterprise environment.Strong experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment (ADE).Expertise with Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and device security controls.Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, authentication, compliance, and mobile application issues.Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device identities, and modern authentication technologies.Experience supporting end users and resolving mobile device-related technical issues.Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and least-privilege access models.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in security-sensitive, highly regulated, or enterprise-scale environments.Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance standards.Experience supporting both iOS and other endpoint platforms in a unified endpoint management environment.Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, or related endpoint management certifications.Experience with enterprise mobility and modern workplace initiatives.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stockton, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
