Responsibilities
- Provide immediate support to individuals in crisis
- Coordinate with emergency services as needed
- Document incidents and maintain records
- Ensure all interactions are conducted with respect and professionalism
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- First aid certification
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, etc.)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in crisis intervention or social services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer skills including email and internet navigation
