About the role

The Power Platform Developer will be supporting Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services, “DDS”. This role will manage efforts using Azure DevOps and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage efforts using Azure DevOps and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage the Microsoft Power Platform
• Create data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports
• Design and architect solutions using Power Platform components to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Power Platform to create efficient and effective solutions
• Analyze data to drive business processes
• Create and maintain concise end user documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly applications
• Support testing and remediate defects

Requirements

• Experience working with enterprise integrations based on the MS Power Platform
• Knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience with backend integration and connecting Power Platform solutions with other systems

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• 3+ Years Working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI
• 1+ Year Working with Azure DevOps
• 1+ Years in Agile Development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relational database concepts
• Agile 1+ Years in Agile Development (Novice)
• Azure Cloud Services 1+ Year experience with Azure Cloud Services (Novice)
• Azure DevOps 1+ Year Working with Azure DevOps (Novice)
• Power 3+ Year Working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI (Novice)
• SQL Server. Knowledge of SQL Server. Novice (1-3 Years)
• Power Platform Developer Associate Novice (1-3 Years)
