The posted compensation range of $61.31 - $106.53 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
- Align business objectives with employees and management in a designated Market
- Participate as part of the operational leadership team of assigned Market
- Serve as an evidence-based consultant to executive leadership related to organizational goals and strategy on Human Resource related issues, including but not limited to employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development, workforce planning, ADA interactive process and compensation
- Lead the design and integration of key strategic initiatives within their respective facilities
- Proactively communicate needs to the HR department, colleagues within the Centers of Expertise (CoE) and management
- Develop integrated solutions and be a change agent and champion for new HR initiatives and programs
- Direct the HR team and form partnerships across the HR team and CoE to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the strategic business objectives of CommonSpirit Health
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 7 years HR or leadership experience - OR minimum of 10 years HR or leadership experience in the discipline
- OR Master’s Degree (With relevant experience; equivalent education and/or experience; experience through certifications.) - HR experience should encompass generalist experience or at least 2 or more areas of specialty
- Demonstrated employee relations experience with a working knowledge of recruitment, training delivery, benefits and compensation theory/administration.
- Prior supervisory experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
