Mixed Animal Veterinarian (FT or PT)

About the role

We're looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Mixed-Animal Veterinarian to join Dr. Owsley and Dr. Webb.

Large animal experience is ideal, but we're equally excited to support a new graduate who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for both small and large animals
• Perform surgeries, including laser surgery and therapy
• Offer dental services, allergy testing, and reproductive services for small animals
• Conduct farm visits, herd health consultations, hoof care for cattle, and quick E.I.A. testing
• Collaborate with a team of experienced large animal technicians
• Support the practice's mission of providing quality veterinary care

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Kentucky
• Experience in large animal medicine preferred, but not required for new graduates

Pay

$80k - $110k, based on experience

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a rotating half-day Saturday schedule
