Mixed Animal Veterinarian

About the role

Town and Country Animal Clinic in Brookings, OR is hiring a veterinarian to join their team. Full-time, part-time, or seasonal hiring options are available.

Responsibilities

• See mainly small animals, equine, bovine, exotics, and small ruminants.
• Expand an expanding practice on the Southern Oregon coast with access to the beach, redwoods, and wild coastal rivers.
• Work in a supportive environment with an excellent support staff of 50+ employees, including an office manager and a management team.
• Utilize modern facilities and equipment including surgical CO2 laser, therapy laser, full lDEXX in-house laboratory equipment, Oncura ultrasound, NewTom cone beam CT, endoscope and digital x-ray (large, small, and dental).
• Share an on-call schedule equally with other veterinarians and rotate weekends.

Requirements

Enthusiastic small animal and/or mixed animal Veterinarian needed. New graduates welcome, experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Oregon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing quality care to animals.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

On-call schedule is shared equally between all vets and weekends are rotated.
