MITSUBISHI FUSO AND ISUZU SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the role

Norfolk Truck Center is an established International Dealer and All-Makes service shop located in the hub of Hampton Roads. We are seeking a dedicated Mitsubishi Fuso & Isuzu Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair issues with Mitsubishi Fuso and Isuzu trucks. - Maintain and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. - Utilize dealership management software (such as CDK). - Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and progress. - Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of mechanical experience with Mitsubishi Fuso and/or Isuzu trucks. - Valid driver's license, CDL preferred. - Proficiency with computers and basic office applications. - Familiarity with dealership management software (like CDK) is preferred.

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay

Hourly pay, not flat rate.

Schedule

1 shift (7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday).
