About the role

The Mitigation Supervisor - Restoration (Water - Fire - Mold) is responsible for overseeing the restoration process in cases involving water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restoration team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to protect employees and clients during restoration projects.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
• Document all aspects of the restoration process for insurance claims and client records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as environmental science, engineering, or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restoration techniques and materials.
• Experience with insurance claims and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• First aid and CPR certification.
