About the role
The Mitigation Supervisor - Restoration (Water - Fire - Mold) is responsible for overseeing the restoration process in cases involving water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the restoration team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to protect employees and clients during restoration projects.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
- Document all aspects of the restoration process for insurance claims and client records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as environmental science, engineering, or construction management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and materials.
- Experience with insurance claims and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- First aid and CPR certification.
