Mitigation Supervisor - Restoration (Water - Fire - Mold)

About the role

At Rytech Restoration, we seek a Mitigation Supervisor - Restoration (Water - Fire - Mold) to lead teams in water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects
• Drive job performance, drying goals, and project timelines
• Ensure all work meets IICRC standards
• Train and develop technicians into strong field performers
• Manage equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA)
• Serve as the main contact for customers and adjusters

Requirements

• 3+ years in restoration, water damage, or mitigation services with IICRC WRT certification
• Leadership experience (Crew Chief, Lead Tech, or Supervisor)
• Strong understanding of drying equipment and moisture mapping
• Valid driver's license (acceptable MVR)

Preferred

• CRC certifications
• Experience with MICA, Mitigate, Dash, or Xactimate
