MITIGATION SCHEDULING AND DISPATCH COORDINATOR SERVPRO of Bountiful

About the role

SERVPRO of Bountiful is looking for a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep our crews scheduled, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll help customers who may be dealing with stressful property damage situations. A calm attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and gather accurate customer and job information.
• Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews according to job priorities and management direction.
• Coordinate appointments, return visits, and schedule changes with customers and field teams.
• Communicate arrival windows, delays, and updates promptly.
• Keep schedules, job records, and messages accurate and current.
• Follow instructions, company protocols, and established procedures.
• Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.
• Follow through on callbacks, messages, and outstanding scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to follow directions, learn procedures, and ask questions when needed.
• Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software.
• Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.
