Mitigation/Restoration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage water mitigation, mold remediation, and restoration projects from start to finish
• Cook up crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Perform site inspections and moisture mapping
• Develop and monitor drying plans
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and insurance carriers
• Review and maintain project documentation
• Maintain compliance with IICRC standards and company procedures
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability
• Aid with emergency response and after-hours calls as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restoration industry experience required
• Experience with water mitigation and mold remediation
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and drying equipment
• Familiarity with Xactimate, JobTread, or similar software preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.)

Pay

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (based on experience)
