About the role
This is a front-line leadership role. You run active restoration projects and the crews performing them, and own the outcome — customer experience, work quality, and job profitability. Servpro operates across two markets with roughly a hundred people between them and more coming. We're growing, and building the management layer to grow well, not just fast. You'd sit between the crews and operations leadership, with real authority over how work gets scoped, scheduled, and delivered.
