Mitigation Production Manager

Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

Create and Maintain Budgets

• Based off scope of repairs
• Insure project come in on time and underbudget

Pulls permits required by municipality

• Contact building department

Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources

• Provide service on active projects
• Include subcontractors

Review job site documentation

• Support the services provided
• Ensure proper client requirements and billing process

Maintain written communication

• With customers
• Teammates
• Vendors
• Insurance representatives

Manage production expenses

• Equipment
• Vehicles
• Other material assets

Follow and oversee safe work practices

• Adequately adhere to safety and risk management guidelines

Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates

Effective written and oral communication

• Intermediate math and computer skills

Experience in reconstruction/remolding preferred

High school diploma/GED

• Xactimate® experience a PLUS!

Valid drivers license required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
• Occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders
• Work at ceiling heights
• Work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
