- Lead mitigation, mold, contents, and emergency services operations
- Manage technicians, crew leaders, and field personnel
- Cook up schedules, equipment, staffing, and resources
- Drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure documentation, job files, and communication are completed accurately
- Support CAT response planning and deployment
- Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards
- Restoration leadership experience
- Water mitigation and drying knowledge
- Experience leading field teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Large loss, commercial, and CAT experience preferred
