Mission Systems Action Officer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Schedule if we have info: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work, Telework, Travel. That's schedule-related. We'll include Schedule section with those details.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, drug free workplace, etc. Also remove "Other Duties: Please note this job posting is not designed to cover..." maybe we can keep as part of Responsibilities? It's a note about duties not comprehensive; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a generic disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to omit. Also "Supervisory Responsibility: None" maybe not needed. "Work Environment" maybe part of About the role? Could be its own section but not in list; we could omit if not matching headings. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can incorporate Work Environment, Physical Demands into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to keep About the role includes company overview, summary, work environment, physical demands? But those are not exactly about the role. However we can include them in About the role as extra paragraphs.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like: ability to work on-site at KMS HQ in Alexandria, VA up to full time with frequent local travel to the WNYD; some remote work up to 40%; travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS; benefits list; etc.
We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title.
