Mission Critical Project Executive - Automated Logic (Midwest Region)

About the Role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior executive oversight for a portfolio of mission-critical projects and/or programs
• Establish portfolio governance, delivery standards, and operating cadence
• Serve as the senior escalation authority for complex challenges impacting customer outcomes
• Ensure execution aligns with safety, quality, and documentation standards
• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue and gross margin accountability
• Review and approve project budgets and financial recovery plans
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and execution staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Portfolio Leadership and/or engineering within building automation, HVAC or controls
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support project sites and customer engagements

Pay

$96,000 – $192,000 annually
