Job Responsibilities
- Engage collaborative partners in fulfilling the mission by working together, convening appropriate stakeholders, and facilitating and sustaining their interactions.
- Arrange speakers and learning opportunities for the MFC in alignment with the strategic priorities.
- Acts as spokesperson for the organization.
- Implement and evaluate MFC projects and initiatives identified in the community and school district.
- Create and manage the LCTS budget.
- Work with School District staff to identify appropriate employees for participation in the Local Collaborative Time Study.
- Work with School District staff to communicate and train Random Moment participants, and maintain an accurate database of participants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state and local regulations and policies in budgeting, expenditures and financial reporting for the Local Collaborative Time Study, community contributions and district funds.
- Works with the MFC Chair to coordinate and facilitate the MFC meetings; to include the generation and dissemination of the agenda and meeting minutes.
- Works with the Governing Board on policy issues, strategic priorities and goals of the Minnetonka Family Collaborative.
- Work with District staff on the Community Resource Night event, mental health fairs and other community and District events.
- Team with the Executive Board to facilitate the grant award process, informing grantees and tracking usage.
- Coordinate and implement requirements related to LCTS: to include Random moments, Random Moments validation, and Title IV-E records, and Hennepin County reports.
- Process orders and direct pay requests for annual and mini grant programs.
- Cookordinate with other Collaborative Coordinators on regional efforts.
- Attend regional and statewide meetings from DHS.
Qualifications
- Minimum of BA/BS degree.
- Evidence of successful professional experiences in all areas of job responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Comfort and experience with public speaking in order to effectively facilitate productive meetings.
