About the role
International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a growing faith-based organization dedicated to extending life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. Our mission is achieved through services like airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers
- Lead the location's ministry efforts
- Mobilize others to host Bible discussion groups
- Organize cultural events
- Ensure IFI is recognized as a student organization
- Maintain strong campus relationships
- Secure necessary financial and prayer support
Requirements
- Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI's mandate from the Lord
- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Capable of working under stress and being flexible
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people

About the Area
Dallas is a strategic location for international student ministry, with hundreds of potential church partners and several universities. There are approximately 12,000 international students in Dallas alone, and over 20,000 if you include the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This position is part of the Dallas ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.
Schedule
Full- or part-time, flexible schedule. Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects. Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats.
Pay
Pay range is typically between $27,274 and $84,872 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors.
