About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation, leading worship services, and fostering community among members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in spiritual direction
• Foster a sense of community and engagement within the congregation
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to enhance overall church activities
• Maintain regular communication with congregation members for support and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Qualifications

• Passion for Christian ministry and community building
• Experience in pastoral care and counseling
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
