Ministry Leader - St. Louis

About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual development and community building initiatives within the local church.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in preaching and teaching
• Facilitate small group Bible studies and discipleship programs
• Engage in regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with members
• Maintain a strong presence at all church events and activities
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to enhance overall church outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of successful church growth and community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to Christian faith and values
• Experience in pastoral care and counseling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for youth and family ministry

• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of church administration and operations

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend commitments
