Ministry Leader - Harrisburg

About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation, leading worship services, and fostering community among members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in preaching and teaching
• Foster a sense of community among congregation members
• Develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth
• Maintain relationships with key church leaders and community partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Religion or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant ministry experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passion for Christian ministry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with technology and social media

• Effective communication and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
